Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a shipping email with your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time

• United States and Canada: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom, Europe and Australia: typically 8–16 business days after dispatch.
• Other countries: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates — carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

Digital guides

Any free digital guides included with your order are sent to your email address right after checkout. If you can't find them, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs and duties

Orders to some countries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address, lost or delayed parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you don't have it, email support@petcommon.com and we'll reship or refund your order.
